Refund & Returns

AVANIE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED provides IT and software services tailored to client-specific requirements. As our services are project-based and non-tangible, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Project Cancellation:
   Refunds will be considered only if the project has not been initiated or significant resources have not yet been allocated.

2. Service Dissatisfaction:
   If you are not satisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact our support team for resolution. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of project commencement.

3. Non-Refundable Situations:

   • Work already delivered or milestones achieved

   • Client’s delay in providing information or approvals

   • Change in project scope after initiation

4. Refund Processing:
   Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 10–15 business days through the original payment method.
