Project Cancellation: Refunds will be considered only if the project has not been initiated or significant resources have not yet been allocated.
Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact our support team for resolution. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of project commencement.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Work already delivered or milestones achieved
Client’s delay in providing information or approvals
Change in project scope after initiation
Refund Processing: Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 10–15 business days through the original payment method.
